Our mission is to assist instructors with the use of various instructional technologies and achieve higher learning in the classroom. We have an array of software available for both Windows-based computers and Macs. We currently have 3 PC’s and 1 Mac. The IMD Center also has various audio and video equipment available.

One of the main instructional tools we support is our integrated learning platform named BOLT. BOLT stands for Bloomsburg Online Learning and Teaching and is powered by Desire2Learn. Instructors can access documentation and tutorials on how to use BOLT via the BOLT Help Course which is located directly in BOLT.

Follow these steps to access the BOLT Help Course:

1. Log into BOLT at
2. Click the BU Account Login button
HuskyID is your BU email address
Password is the same as your BU email password
3. After login, click on Help in the navbar.
4. Click on BOLT Help Course to access the course

Please contact BOLT Support at 1-866-921-0473 if you have any issues logging into BOLT.
